Please review the below criteria required to rent any of our apartments:

• Household income must equal at least 2.66x the annual rent value
• We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record such as CCJ’s
• Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation
• All documentation must be provided within 48 hours of making a reservation
• To confirm the reservation, a payment equal to one week's rent will be due on the day of application as a holding commitment.
